1. What are lactation cookies?

Lactation Cookies are cookies which include certain ingredients known as galactagogues that are associated with increasing milk supply.

It is also packed full of essential vitamins and minerals to help nourish new mums. Generally, mums who are breastfeeding rely on Lactation Cookies to help with their breast milk supply. Other than increasing breastmilk supply, mummies can rely on lactation cookies to maintain their milk supply for their newborn.

Our lactation cookies are power packed with superfood – baked with galactagogues or ingredients traditionally used to support breast milk supply. We use Rolled Oats, Steel Cut Oats, Ground Flaxseed, White Chia Seeds, Black Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil, Wheat Germ and Fennel Seed! 

2. Can I eat these cookies while I am pregnant?

For pregnant mummies who are concerned about the consumption of Fennel Seed, do drop us an email or Whatsapp to inform us and we will exclude it from your cookies. Do speak to your gynae on the consumption of Fennel Seed during pregnancy as well. Otherwise, do take these cookies in moderation!

3. How soon will the cookies take effect?

Each and everybody is unique and responds differently. Some may see results in a few hours, some may take days of consistently eating our cookies before seeing a gradual increase in supply, some may not experience any boost in supply. These cookies have helped me personally and I hope it helps you too!

4. Are your cookies guaranteed to boost my supply?

We do not guarantee the efficacy of our cookies. However, feedbacks and reviews we received showed that these mommies found our cookies to work, helping not just the quantity but quality as well.

5. Are the cookies safe for daddies and kids?

6. How many cookies do I get in a bottle?

Regular bottled cookies contains (48) bite-sized cookies (335g).
